I’ve talked about the literary magazine, the Raconteur several times before now, but I don’t think I’ve mentioned here that it’s been relaunched as an online literary magazine. I hosted a session with the editors at this year’s BayLit festival in Cardiff to discuss the reasons why and how what they do is likely to be affected by that move. It’s still early days but the site is fast becoming a great online repository of essays, stories, reviews and blogs. Well worth a visit but, if you do, clear a bit of time because there’s a lot you’ll want to read. Of course I’m biased because they still make space for my literary ramblings. My essay on War and Peace was published in the printed magazine last year. Since then, it’s appeared on WalesHome and now it’s re-appeared on the Raconteur site.
