I signed up to SoundCloud tonight, no doubt long after the early adopters. I don’t care. I think I’m going to find it invaluable for listening to new music. What got me there and what will no doubt become a new favourite is I Break Horses, the new signing to Bella Union. Although I love a wide range of music, I have a series of tick boxes that make some music irresistible to me. Jangly guitar or heavily treated by effects, wall of sound, a little bit droney, a female singer. Guess what, I Break Horses ticks them all.
